H&V announces price increases

Hollingsworth & Vose, a global leader in the supply of advanced materials for filtration, battery separator, and industrial applications,  has levied a price increase on engine and industrial filtration products globally. The company cited escalation in fiber, resin, and energy costs as the basis for the price increases on its engine filtration, glass, and cellulose products.

New prices for media will be effective with shipments starting November 17, 2014, or as contracts allow. The increases will vary by product and will range from 5% to 10%, depending on increases in raw material and energy costs.
